Zenyx is operated by the Association Zenyx, which designs and runs a hosting infrastructure located in France, with French-language support.
What we operate
Network services
IP tunnels (VXLAN, GRE, EoIP), IPv4 and IPv6 resources, BGP sessions with RPKI and IRR, prefix announcements and peering through AS216075.
Colocation and development
Hardware colocation from 1U to a 42U rack with redundant power, IPMI and remote hands on request; custom web development in TypeScript, Go and PHP/Laravel.
Our transparency commitment
Service status is published continuously at zenyxstatus.eu. The terms that bind us are public: terms and conditions of sale, terms of use, privacy policy and legal notice. The association is registered at 42 rue du Calvaire, 85290 Saint-Laurent-sur-Sèvre, France.
Support is provided in French by ticket and on our Discord, with an average response time of about 45 minutes. Customer reviews are public on Trustpilot.
