2. Access to the website

The website can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to interruptions for maintenance, updates or technical incidents. Association Zenyx cannot be held liable for temporary unavailability of the website.

3. Acceptable use policy

The User undertakes to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

• Do not use the website for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to public decency
• Do not disrupt the operation of the website through viruses, spam, hacking or overload
• Provide accurate information when registering or using the services

Strictly prohibited uses

It is strictly prohibited to use Zenyx services for any illegal activity, including computer hacking, hosting or distributing pirated content, malware, fraud, phishing, identity theft, botnets, spam, open SMTP relays, unauthorised mass scans, attacks or outgoing DDoS, bypassing security measures, unauthorised cryptocurrency mining, terrorist, child sexual abuse, discriminatory or manifestly unlawful content, and failure to comply with French or international laws.

Any use of the services for unlawful or dangerous purposes may result in the immediate suspension of the service or account, blocking of ports or IP addresses, resource limitation, termination without refund, temporary retention of technical logs necessary to handle the abuse and, where necessary, transmission of information to the competent authorities.

Abuse reporting and removal

Any abuse report must be sent to [email protected] with the relevant information: service concerned, URL or IP address, timestamp, screenshots, logs, description of the behaviour and any legal basis. Association Zenyx may request additional information before taking action where the report is incomplete or manifestly unfounded.

When a report appears sufficiently substantiated or when there is an immediate risk to third parties, the network or security, Association Zenyx may remove, disable, filter or suspend all or part of the service concerned without notice. The Customer undertakes to cooperate promptly and correct the reported abuse.

4. User account and security

• The User is responsible for keeping their usernames and passwords confidential.
• The User is responsible for all activities carried out through their account.
• The User must immediately notify Association Zenyx in the event of unauthorised access.

5. User content and liability

All content published or transmitted by the User is their sole responsibility. The User must ensure that such content complies with applicable laws, in particular those concerning intellectual property, personal data, image rights, defamation or illegal statements.

Association Zenyx may remove, make inaccessible or request the removal of any manifestly unlawful content, content reported by a competent authority or content contrary to these terms, without notice where the situation requires it.
